Terms of Service

These terms cover custom sticker commissions booked through this site or via Telegram. Booking a commission means you agree to them.

1. Booking & payment

• 85% of the total price is due upfront to book your slot. This starts the commission and protects against scammers walking away with free art.
• Once your stickers are finished, I'll send you a preview. The remaining 15% is due before the final files are sent.
• I don't offer payment plans or installments. The 85%/15% split above is fixed.
• Prices shown are per the current pack sizes or the custom-count slider at the time of booking.
• A rush fee can be added on request to move your commission up in priority. It does not guarantee a specific delivery date.
• The booking deposit is non-refundable once work has started. The preview is a proof, not a deliverable - only the final payment gets you the files.
• If a client is unresponsive for more than 1 week without prior notice, the commission may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
• Once the final payment is made and the files are sent, the commission is complete and non-refundable.

2. What I need from you

• A clear, digital reference sheet of your character. Non-shaded references are preferred and speed up the process.
• Your choice of moods/expressions, picked from the available list at the time of booking.
• Any reasonable clarifications I ask for. Delays in your response will delay delivery.

Reference sheets are used only to draw your commission. They are not shared, sold, reused for other clients' work, or used to train AI models or generative datasets of any kind.

3. Revisions

Included revision rounds are listed in the pack details. A revision covers minor adjustments to color, line, or expression. It does not cover full redraws, design changes, or new poses. Additional revisions may incur a small fee.

4. Turnaround

Turnaround times listed alongside each pack are estimates, not guarantees. They can shift with commission volume. I'll let you know if your delivery is going to run meaningfully later than estimated.

5. Usage rights

• Finished stickers are yours to use personally - in chat apps, on your character's profiles, and similar personal, non-commercial contexts.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the artwork as your own creation.
• You may not use the artwork to train AI models or generative datasets of any kind.
• I retain the right to post finished commissions in my portfolio and on social media, unless we've agreed in writing beforehand that a piece stays private.
• I retain copyright over the artwork itself. You own the right to use the specific stickers you commissioned, not the underlying art style or technique.

6. What I will and won't draw

I draw expression/sticker sets for original characters - wolves, foxes, horses, deer, and others. I reserve the right to decline any commission, including for content I'm not comfortable drawing.

7. Communication

Commissions are handled over Telegram. Please keep communication to the commission itself - reference details, mood picks, and delivery. Response times may vary.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time you book applies to your commission.
